PHILADELPHIA - Christopher Pagano, the Norristown resident inauspiciously dubbed the "Swiss cheese pervert," pled guilty in Philadelphia Municipal Court Thursday to charges of indecent exposure and harassment.
Pagano, 42, was arrested in January after several women in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas identified him as the man who drove up to them, exposed himself, and propositioned them to perform sexual acts on him with Swiss cheese.
