COURTHOUSE - A jury of seven men and five women were unable to reach a verdict by 6 p.m. Tuesday and were instructed by Judge Gary Silow to return Wednesday morning to continue deliberations in an Upper Merion robbery case.
The jury began deliberations around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, which marked the final day of testimony in the trial of William Vose, 20, who is accused of stealing $1,400 worth of marijuana from a drug dealer at gunpoint.
