NORRISTOWN-Montgomery County commissioners' Chairman Josh Shapiro endorsed York County gubernatorial candidate Tom Wolf Thursday.
The announcement came in the form of an email sent to constituents by the Wolf campaign.
"As Pennsylvania Democrats, we have some good choices to be our nominee for governor.
