The Upper Merion Township Public Library held its 39th annual Write and Illustrate Your Own Book Contest Awards Presentation last month in Freedom Hall at the Upper Merion Township Building.Over 200 people attended the event. Laura Arnhold, Children's Librarian for Upper Merion Township Library, hosted the ceremony.
