PHILADELPHIA - Eagles running back LeSean McCoy is being sued for allegedly assaulting a woman on a party bus, according to TMZ.com.
The Eagles are aware of the suit filed in Philadelphia but have no comment.
The alleged assault occurred Dec. 18.
The victim claims she was "forcibly ejected" from the bus headed toward New York City by McCoy's bodyguard at a rest area off the New Jersey Turnpike. The woman and other women on the bus reportedly were upset when they were sprayed with water.
It's been a difficult offseason for the 24-year-old McCoy. First, Andy Reid was axed as head coach of the Eagles. Reid was like a father to McCoy. In late January, McCoy insulted the mother of his child in a Twitter exchange he later apologized for.
Now he's facing the lawsuit in which the woman reportedly is suing for more than $50,000 in damages, allegedly for "assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence."
The Eagles signed running back Felix Jones Tuesday.

The Eagles haven't finalized plans for the ceremony that Donovan McNabb, their quarterback from 1999-2009, has said will be to retire his No. 5.
But it's looking like the event for the 36-year-old McNabb will be the second Thursday of the season when the Eagles oppose the Kansas City Chiefs and Andy Reid. Big Red made McNabb his first draft pick, as he was the second overall selection in the 1999 draft.
McNabb would be the ninth Eagle to have his number retired, joining Chuck Bednarik (60), Tom Brookshier (40), Jerome Brown (99), Steve Van Buren (15), Brian Dawkins (20), Pete Retzlaff (44), Al Wistert (70) and Reggie White (92).

NOTES: The Eagles cut wide receiver Marvin McNutt, a sixth-round pick last year, to make room on the 90-man roster. ... Penn State and Marple Newtown High standout Pete Massaro wasn't signed by the Eagles after his tryout.
